Database
In addition to the team consultants’ market knowledge the database provides Laser with a powerful search tool. Over twelve years an extensive database has been built up which now contains details of over 40,000 applicants.
Using skill attributes and CV free text searches the database can perform detailed candidate searches, specific to our clients’ requirements. The system allows Laser to easily process, identify and inform clients of candidate’s skillset and status.
The database logs all CVs submitted and will also provide performance data including hit rates for CVs for interviews and placements and timescales between live requirement date to placement.
In addtion to all of this because Laser has built it own database software we can offer the flexibility to change work process to meet our client needs quickly and efficently.
